What we've got here is a collection of short essays on various aspects of the writing craft. These articles represent a summary of thoughts and observations I've made during 30+ years of writing.
I don't doubt there will be some writers, even experienced writers, whose opinions on the subjects covered by these essays will differ from mine. That's okay. One of the truths about our craft is that different approaches work for different people. There can be more than one "right" way of thinking about writing as a craft.
